- Write us at email@example.com or call us at 1-844-287-6728 to get an RA # (return authorization number) and return details.
- Pack up your items and send them via a traceable shipping method (that part you have to pay for, sorry). Be sure to insure your items.
- Receive an exchange or full refund from Snap’t within 21 days of product delivery.
- Check mailing addresses twice, as Snap’t is not responsible for gift products and items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.
- We encourage you to handle all Snap’t pieces with lots of love, as we are not responsible for damaged product caused by improper handling.
