We want to get your goodies to you as quickly as possible!

We do our best to ship all orders within 24 hours of payment processing. Orders placed after Noon EST on Fridays or over the weekend will ship the following Monday. If you have any questions, please get in touch at

Standard Shipping

Shipping & handling is free on orders over $35 – woo-hoo!

All orders under $50 will ship at a rate starting at $4.95. (Shipping is dependent upon weight of products.) 

Our carrier is the USPS. With standard shipping your order should arrive within 1-3 business days from receipt of your order. The stated delivery time is approximate and may be affected by Federal Holidays and other unforeseen events.

Want it faster?

Fedex 2nd Day gets you your goodies in 2 days when your order is placed by noon EST for $30.

Fedex Standard Overnight will deliver next day for orders placed before noon EST for $60.

Tracking your order

Buying product is one thing – receiving it is another! After you place your order, we’ll send you an order confirmation, followed by a shipping confirmation that will include the tracking number for your shipment.   

Less-than-perfect items?

Everyone likes things shiny and new. Should your product arrive looking less-than-perfect, please know we are very, very sorry and contact us ASAP at We’ll resolve the issue right away. 

Out of stock items

While we do our best to keep all our items in stock, we sometimes run out of our in-demand items. If this happens, we’ll contact you ASAP to see if you’d like us to ship the order as is or help you find a replacement.

Can I cancel my order?

We hope you never want to! We are unable to cancel orders once they have been prepared for fulfillment. Please contact customer service by email at to see if your order is eligible for cancellation.


At Snap’t, we always want you to be super-psyched about your order. If for some reason you aren’t, please follow these steps:

  • Write us at to get an RA # (return authorization number) and return details.
  • Pack up your items and send them via a traceable shipping method (that part you have to pay for, sorry). Be sure to insure your items.
  • Receive an exchange or full refund from Snap’t within 21 days of product delivery.

Please note:

  • Check mailing addresses twice, as Snap’t is not responsible for gift products and items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.
  • We encourage you to handle all Snap’t pieces with lots of love, as we are not responsible for damaged product caused by improper handling.
